Below is all the important Youkey Theatre parking information. Enter the following address into Google Maps or car SatNav:

Please remember to plan accordingly. Always allow plenty of time prior to your event for traffic as it is known to be busier than normal at times of Youkey Theatre events in Lakeland. 

The Youkey Theatre is located at the RP Funding Center at 701 West Lime St. Lakeland, FL 33815. Please read on for directions and parking information.

Direction Information:

West:

Tampa, St. Petersburg area:

Take I-275 East to I-4 East to exit 31 (Kathleen Road). Turn right on Kathleen Road and continue onto (Stay Straight) Sikes Boulevard. Turn right onto Lime Street. The RP Funding Center will be on your right.

Naples, Fort Myers, and Sarasota area:

Take I-75 North to I-4 East to exit 31 (Kathleen Road). Turn right on Kathleen Road and continue onto (Stay Straight) Sikes Boulevard. Turn right onto Lime Street. The RP Funding Center will be on your right.

East:

I-4 West to exit 31 (Kathleen Road). At the traffic light at the end of the off-ramp turn left onto Kathleen Road. Continue on Kathleen Road to Sikes Boulevard. Turn Right onto Lime Street and The RP Funding Center will be on your right.

North:

Head south to I-4 West to exit 31 (Kathleen Road). At the traffic light at the end of the off-ramp turn left on Kathleen Road. Continue onto Kathleen Road to Sikes Boulevard. Turn right onto Lime Street and The RP Funding Center will be on your right.

South:

Take the Florida Turnpike to Route 192 West to I-4 West to exit 31 (Kathleen Road). At the traffic light at the end of the off-ramp turn left onto Kathleen Road. Continue on Kathleen Road onto Sikes Boulevard. At Lime Street then turn right and the RP Funding Center will be on your right.

Parking Information:

* Parking Fees listed are subject to change. Parking fees may vary for select events. *

  • Personal Vehicles: $10 per entry
  • Single Vehicle All Day In and Out: $15
  • Buses and Oversized Vehicles per entry: $20
  • Buses and Oversized Vehicles In and Out: $25.
  • Overnight parking: $40 per day. Must be self-contained. 
  • Overnight parking fee does not cover daily personal vehicle re-entry.

Parking:

Parking is available for RP Funding Center guests in parking lots surrounding the facility. The parking fee is $10. Broadway season subscribers must display their parking pass to obtain their complimentary parking. No refund will be given to Subscribers who do not present their pass.

Accessible Parking:

For events or performances, you can conveniently park in the north parking lot and enter through Entrance #2. This is a ground-level entrance that provides easier wheelchair and mobility scooter access. In case of inclement weather, all four entrances to the RP Funding Center are ADA accessible and may be used as a drop-off or pick-up location. Youkey Theatre guests that would be liked to be dropped off are encouraged to use the drop-off or pick-up location off Orange Street at Entrance #4. Accessible parking has been added to the purple lot located on Lime Street.

Parking for Groups:

The drop-off and pick-up for Group buses are located at Entrance #4 on Orange Street. Bus staging will be across the street on Lime Street (Purple Lot) until it’s time to pick up at the end of the performance.
